Freshness guarantee

Every bag ships within 15 days of roasting. If your coffee arrives stale, damaged, or not as described, we will replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Return policy

We accept returns within 15 calendar days of delivery for sealed, unopened products. Once a bag has been opened, we cannot accept returns due to the perishable nature of specialty coffee.

2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
