By placing an order on en.dobleyo.cafe you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. About DobleYo Café

DobleYo Café is a Colombian specialty coffee company. We sell freshly roasted, single-origin coffee and accessories through our online store. Our registered address is in Colombia.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to place an order. By purchasing you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change at any time. The price charged is the one shown at the time of your order.
  • Product images are for illustration; the actual product may vary slightly in appearance.
  • Coffee is a perishable, seasonal product. Availability may vary between harvests.

4. Orders & Payment

  • An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or payment failure.
  • Payment is charged at the time of purchase.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment processor. We do not store card data.
  • If your payment is declined, the order will not be processed.

5. Shipping

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details on delivery times, costs and international shipping policies.

  • We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Risk of loss and title pass to you upon handover to the carrier.
  • Import duties and taxes at the destination country are your responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for our full return and refund policy. In summary:

  • Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • Opened coffee cannot be returned due to its perishable nature.
  • Damaged or incorrect products will be replaced or refunded in full.

7. Freshness Guarantee

Every bag ships within 15 days of roasting. If you receive stale, damaged or mislabelled coffee, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will make it right.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, videos and code — is owned by or licensed to DobleYo Café. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content commercially without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DobleYo Café is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute shall be resolved through the competent courts of Colombia, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of our store after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
